Maurizio joined bridport in March 2008 as Chief Financial Officer, after over 10 years with an international audit firm. “From my first day I could feel the spirit of the company - a group of individuals, who work together as a team and are clearly focused on the essentials.” Maurizio entered the finance industry after graduating from the University of Lausanne. A member of AICPA and a former CFB authorized auditor, he enjoys the fast-moving world of business, and finds close parallels with his passion for Formula 1. But at long weekends, you can often find him recharging his batteries with his wife and two children in the Piedmont region over a glass of Barolo and around those sumptuous meals that only the Italians can truly master....

Fella’s career at bridport began as the company’s Compliance Officer. She had studied law, and had spent two years working as a “jurist“ in Paris before moving to Geneva. After the birth of her son, she came back and took up her present position as Head of Human Resources. “The recent growth of the company has meant that HR now needs to be a full-time function - processes need to be introduced across our Geneva, Zurich and Jersey operations so that our people are happy and productive.“ Priorities away from the office are now firmly focused on her family.

Compliance Officer

Stéphanie’s background is in law. After graduating from Lausanne University with a law degree she began her career with an international foreign French bank in their Compliance and Legal department before moving over into their Wealth Engineering department. A few years later she joined a Trust Company in the capacity of Senior Trust Officer. During that time she gained her STEP diploma and membership. She joined bridport in the summer of 2009 and, as Compliance Officer, is responsible for ensuring the legality of the company’s overall activities across its Geneva, Zurich and Jersey offices. “I’m happy to be back in compliance”, she says, “things are changing rapidly in this area of our business and we need to keep on top of the challenge.” Spare time is spent with the family, keeping up with the challenge of her two young sons.

Daven Rungasamy

Daven is bridport’s Accounts Officer, in charge of the company’s accounting operation, including bank reconciliations and payments. “It’s quite a cool place to work. There’s a lot of respect for each individual and the team ethic enables us to work smoothly as a single unit.“ Before he figured out his career destiny, Daven worked in hospitality industry in Australia, Mauritius and Switzerland. When Daven’s away from the calculator he takes a keen interest in Mauritian culture, which is where he was brought up and he loves to spend time with his family. He’s also studying for his “Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité“, specializing in accounts and finance so he’ll be proficient in the numbers game.

Faré Ouadja

Faré was born in Togo. He came to Geneva in 1998 to join his brother, who was a professional footballer at Geneva Servette. Faré himself had 6 years as a player at the club before deciding to embark on a new career path. In 2006 he studied finance, and started an apprenticeship in accountancy before joining bridport in the autumn of 2009, from a Geneva-based finance company. He's now part of the company's general accounts team. But his passion for football is still there, and he can be found playing regularly in the Geneva league for his local club, Vernier.
