While Euro denominated Investment Grade is attractive versus High Yield spectrum, concentration of yield buyers has been significant since mid-October, thanks to attractive yield/spread. With spreads flat to the 5-year average or sometimes lower, the best risk/reward exposure is the BBBs spectrum on quality issuers with no major duration bets as volatility in rates in back.
