In this investment case we take a closer look at Embraer (ERJ), the world’s third largest commercial aerospace original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Inside a duopolistic industry, dominated by Airbus and Boeing, Embraer has become the largest and only regional jet provider, after the exit of Bombardier from commercial OEM work. We like the solid and improving ERJ’s operating and financial momentum and expect the company to be a “rising star” candidate over the next 1-3 years.
